These true short stories are dedicated to the real leaders in the Navy’s engineering community. They know that improving material readiness requires educating their juniors and giving them meaningful challenges and credit commensurate with their accomplishments.
The stories are also dedicated to many civilians in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Bureau of Ships includng most of the Bureau’s research laboratories, Boston Naval Shipyard and Office of the Supervisor of Shipbuilding in Seattle. I learned something from all of them.
